REINSTATEMENT INFORMATION
After completing the Oklahoma ADSAC program, you must provide Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS) with the following items in order to have your driver's license reinstated.
1. Red Stamp- Your Oklahoma DUI Assessor, Wendy Taylor, will provide you with your red stamp once you complete the ADSAC process. Click HERE to schedule your Oklahoma DUI Assessment.
2. Reinstatement Fee- Contact the Department of Public Safety to learn the cost of your reinstatement fee.
* In some circumstances, DPS may require additional documents. You are encouraged to call DPS and ask the following questions in order to make your reinstatement process as smooth as possible.
