Below are four items required by the Department of Public Safety (DPS) for Oklahoma driver's license reinstatement after a drug or alcohol conviction.

2. Auto Insurance- You must show proof of auto insurance even if you do not own a vehicle.
3. Reinstatement Fee- Contact the Department of Public Safety to learn the exact amount of your reinstatement fee.
4. Proof of Interlock Device- DPS will require proof of installation if you have been required to have an interlock device.
