
REINSTATEMENT INFORMATION
After completing the Oklahoma ADSAC program, you must provide Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS) with the following items in order to have your driver's license reinstated after a DUI.
1. Red Stamp- Your Oklahoma DUI Assessor, Wendy Taylor, will provide you with your red stamp once you complete the ADSAC process. Click HERE to schedule your Oklahoma DUI Assessment.
2. Reinstatement Fee- Contact the Department of Public Safety to learn the cost of your drivers license reinstatement fee.
* In some circumstances, DPS may require additional documents. You are encouraged to call DPS and ask the following questions.
